The session could cover how Danish banks assess your ability to borrow, the role of income, savings and existing debt, down payments, mortgage and bank loans, interest rates, and the overall costs of buying and owning a property. It would also be valuable to address some of the questions that can be particularly relevant for international professionals and newcomers to Denmark, such as how banks assess foreign income, residency status, and credit history.
