The BPoC Mentorship Program is an initiative designed to:

empower and support professionals of color for improved career clarity and sense of belonging in the Danish job market regardless of seniority level
-
foster value-driving relationships between professionals of color and the job market

mobilize and retain international talent in Denmark

We do this through personalized mentor-mentee matching and a focus on career development and personal growth.

BPoC is open to everyone - anyone can be a mentor or mentee, and becoming a mentee is free for members. What connects us is a drive to support each other!

Launching in spring 2026, for 8-12 weeks, mentors provide guidance to mentees on career growth, job search strategies, workplace culture etc - and learn from mentees too. Midway and final check-ins ensure progress and celebrate achievements. Join us as a mentor or mentee to grow, connect, and strengthen the talent community in Denmark—apply today!
